Today we're launching a new home for Adapter Labs and making a change we've been building toward for a while.
What's Changing
Adapter Labs started as a single entity doing two things: building products and consulting for clients. Both grew fast, and it became clear they deserved their own identities.
Starting today:
- adapter.ai is our AI-enhanced development consultancy. Bespoke product development, from concept to production in eight weeks.
- adapterlabs.com is the product studio. This is where HirePad, JobRank, Lattice, and future products live.
Why the Split
When a client engagement and a product sprint compete for the same week, someone loses. We didn't want that to be either side.
Separating the two lets us give each the focus it deserves. The consulting team can go deep on client work without pulling resources from products, and the product teams can ship on their own cadence.
The Product Portfolio
Our products span recruiting, job search, and manufacturing:
- HirePad handles recruiting automation end-to-end, from AI-powered interviews to pipeline analytics
- JobRank helps job seekers track applications, document interviews, and auto-fill with a Chrome extension
- Lattice automates 3D print farm operations, managing fleets of printers and optimizing production queues
Each one was built using our own AI-enhanced development methodology, and each continues to ship weekly.
The New Site
You're looking at it. We rebuilt adapterlabs.com from scratch to reflect what the studio has become: a portfolio of products reshaping how industries operate.
The consulting side has its own home at adapter.ai, with its own story to tell.
What's Next
